1. The service and its operator

Priceway.co.uk is a price comparison service operated by Copenti ApS, a Danish company (reg. no. CVR 42267937), Transportbuen 5 A, st. th., 4700 Naestved, Denmark. We display product and price information from stores and link you to the store you choose.

2. Priceway is not the seller

Priceway is not a party to your purchase. Payment, delivery, cancellation, returns and faulty-goods claims are handled by the store under its terms and applicable law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Price and product data

Prices, stock and product data are supplied by the stores via their feeds and updated automatically every night. Errors, delays and expired offers can occur; the binding price is always the store's current price at the time of purchase. Spot an error? Use Report a price error.

4. Affiliate links and ranking

Some links are affiliate links, where Priceway may earn a commission. It never changes your price and never affects the organic ranking — see how we rank offers and the advertising disclosure.

5. Intellectual property

The service's design, texts, compilations and the Priceway brand belong to Copenti ApS or its licensors. Product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Priceway is not liable for errors in store data, for the stores' performance of a purchase, or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are published here with a new version number. Danish law applies to the service to the extent it does not limit mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in the UK. Questions? Contact us.
